About Our Guest:

Megan is the general counsel and CHRO at Glowforge, the creator of the iconic at home 3D Laser Printer.

As part of the executive team at Glowforge, she leads the legal and HR/people team functions and works with other senior leadership to scale the company during its current period of rapid growth.

Prior to Glowforge, Megan garnered both law firm and in-house experience leading best in class legal teams and handling all legal matters, including commercial transactions, employment law matters, corporate immigration and litigation.

In addition to her work at Glowforge, Megan is also on the board of Providence Hospice of Seattle Foundation and the founder of Diversity University, an organisation founded to support equity and inclusion in the workplace.

As the founder of Diversity University, Megan elevates women and minorities who have been working in the diversity space and works with her team to provide organisations with customisable and modular solutions to increase DE&I initiatives that meet any budget and capacity.
